Get in Touch

Hey I'm Hayley...

I’ve been working in the real estate industry for over 25 years, with a strong focus on property management. Throughout my career, I’ve taken on roles ranging from property manager to department manager and business owner, which has given me a well-rounded view of the industry and a real passion for helping others succeed in it.

I started Mitchell Property Training because I wanted to share my knowledge in a way that’s practical, relatable, and engaging. Whether it’s through workshops, webinars, in-house training or online courses, my goal is always to make learning accessible and directly useful for property managers, business owners, and support staff.

In 2022, I also created BNB Property Managers, a business built on the same principles I value in training—personalised service, professionalism, and genuinely caring about the people we work with.

My Other Passion: MitchellPT

Mitchell Property Training exists to inspire meaningful change within the Property Management industry. Since 2014, we’ve been dedicated to elevating standards, enhancing skills, and fostering a community-driven approach that empowers real estate professionals to thrive.

Our success stems from embracing a fresh, collaborative attitude—one built on the strength of community and the power of shared knowledge. By leveraging the digital ease of communication and connection, we’re committed to creating accessible, high-quality training that nurtures growth and excellence across the industry.

At Mitchell Property Training, we are continually driven by the pursuit of self-improvement and the desire to uplift property management standards across Australia. Our mission is simple: to empower property managers and real estate professionals with the tools, insights, and support they need to excel.

We believe that when the industry grows, everyone benefits. That’s why we’re here to inspire, educate, and cultivate lasting improvement.

Giving back is important to me...

"Making an Impact Beyond Business"

As a business owner, I believe true success is measured not only by financial growth but by the positive impact we can create in the world. That’s why giving back is an integral part of my journey.
One of the most rewarding ways I've chosen to contribute is through my participation in the Hands Across the Water bike ride in Thailand—a grueling yet incredibly fulfilling challenge where I rode 500 kilometers over five days. This was my second time taking on the ride, which is part of a charitable initiative dedicated to providing education, shelter, and essential care for vulnerable children affected by poverty and natural disasters.

Navigating Thailand’s diverse terrain, from flat roads to rugged landscapes, under the intense tropical heat demanded resilience, strategic thinking, and perseverance—qualities I apply in business every day. But this experience went far beyond testing my physical limits. It reinforced my commitment to using my success and resources to make a meaningful difference.
Supporting charitable initiatives like Hands Across the Water is about more than just writing a check; it’s about actively engaging with causes that matter, leveraging my platform to raise awareness and contribute to lasting change. Giving back enriches my business journey by fostering stronger connections, enhancing leadership skills, and reinforcing a culture of compassion and integrity.

For me, contributing to worthy causes isn’t a one-time event—it’s a continuous commitment. It’s about aligning my business success with a purpose that reaches beyond profit and positively impacts the lives of those who need it most.
Giving back will always be a cornerstone of my business philosophy because I believe that when we lift others up, we all rise together.

The Family...

I live on my own little slice of paradise—a 12-acre farm just outside of Geelong—with my two beautiful kids, Amber and Max, and a lively crew of animals. Life here is full of fresh air, muddy boots, and wide-open spaces. It’s the kind of place where the days start early, the sunsets are magic, and there’s always something that needs doing.

With a deep love for horses and the outdoors, I spend most weekends embracing the rhythm of farm life. Whether I’m on the tractor, tackling a project with the chainsaw, or simply enjoying the stillness of nature, there’s something incredibly grounding about it all. It’s hard work, but it fills my cup in the best way.
