Alongside her commercial role, she is a Trainer and Assessor for the Certificate IV in Real Estate, where she is passionate about guiding the next generation of agents and business owners. It was her own experience attending the PM Reach Retreat in 2021, during a personally and professionally challenging time, that reinforced the importance of mindset, resilience, and taking care of the person behind the role.
