Hayley has been working in the real estate industry for over 25 years, with a strong focus on property management. Throughout her career, she has taken on roles ranging from property manager to department manager and business owner, which has given her a well-rounded view of the industry and a real passion for helping others succeed in it.

Dave Skow
Dave has been in real estate for almost 25 years, and in that time has pretty much done it all, from receptionist, property manager and BDM, through to owning and running his own agencies. These days, he spends much of his time sharing what he has learned through training, consulting, and speaking at conferences. His focus is on helping others streamline their operations, create rent roll growth strategies, and build businesses that are both profitable and sustainable.
Travis Whelan
Travis has over a decade of experience in servicing the Real Estate industry, having worked at Westpac in dedicated Real Estate roles throughout his tenure. He has financed rent rolls that range in size from 150 properties to 5,000 and has acquired intricate knowledge of the process, the competition in the market, and the transactional components behind them.
